By accessing and using CINOZA you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement, and agree that the information you have provided is truthful and accurate. In addition, when using CINOZA particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be updated without notice.

CINOZA provides a platform for users to discover media content, track viewing history, and receive personalized viewing recommendations based on the information you provide "Services". The Services are personal to users. We do not host or distribute any media content directly but provide information about where some media can be legally accessed. Our information is not exhaustive. There is no guaranty provided that the Services will provide information which you find will be useful or accurate. There is no guaranty regarding the content of media recommended to you. If offensive or illegal material is included in your recommendations, this is not intended and should be reported to CINOZA. Recommendations are based on third party information and we do not endorse or are affiliated with the third parties.

CINOZA allows you to track some of your streaming service subscriptions for personalized recommendations. This information is stored solely to enhance your user experience and may be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use data collected from this website to improve and analyze the Services, assist with marketing efforts and functionality; and we do with the help of third parties. If we provide data to a third party, use of data with a third party will be subject to their terms and conditions.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We may provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We may assign this Agreement at any time with or without notice to you. You may not assign, transfer, trade or sell your CINOZA account or the Services provided within your CINOZA account.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

CINOZA does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy or content or Services. The Services are provided on a "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent possible under any applicable law we disclaim any and all warranties.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold CINOZA harmless for any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities or any expenses that arise directly or indirectly from your breach of this Agreement; your activities in connection with the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario in the country of Canada. CINOZA and yourself irrevocably agree to resolve any legal dispute in accordance with the Commercial Mediation Act, Ontario. Users in non-Canadian jurisdiction, you hereby consciously waiver any and all claims and notifications.
